2. How will I receive my merchandise: We can ship merchandise COD which will require certified funds for first time customers. Pre-payment by Debt Card, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card or check is also accepted. Your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours Monday- Friday, for COD orders please have funds available when order arrives. If you are in our service area we will come out free of charge call us and make an appointment. We are located at 175 W. Wieuca Rd Atlanta, Georgia 30342 but, we service the entire metro area plus the surrounding cities outside of the metro area. If we cannot reach you by service van; we paid for shipping.
3. Can I come and pick up an order? Only if you have already placed your order with us and we processed it and it is available for pick up. This loaction dose not stock a high volume of products it is meanly for customer Service, telephone orders, not wholesale on site buying.

5. Do I have to buy a certain amount? No, you may buy as much or as little as you like.
6. Do you accept returns? We accept returns if you receive a product that is defective, If you receive the wrong item/items or if you recieve damage merchandise. If you have any problems with your order you have to notify us immedately or within 72 hours so we can correct your order. If your merchandise is damaged we will exchange it or refund your money. We do not accept returns on merchandise that you have ordered too much of because you may buy as little or as much as you like with no minimum. We do not give refunds on special order items.
